Merry Christmas!

These are some pictures from our Christmas morning. Quinn, Aunt Rebecca and Uncle Brian were all here in Colorado with us. I will add more pictures from our time together. We had such fun--the 16th Street Mall, Zoo Lights, Boulder's Pearl Street Mall, the Aquarium and Rocky Mountain skiing in Winter Park. We hate to see them leave in a couple of days. Matthew and Isabella are so in love with their cousin Quinn.

I love this picture of Isa and Matthew in the covered wagon at the zoo. Very "Little House on the Prairie"-esque. Happy Thanksgiving to you all. I so missed having my family around this Thanksgiving, but I chugged along and made a great turkey, stuffing, green beans, mashed potatoes, rolls, sweet potato, and pecan pie-filled feast for Luis' family and our friends.

Before we get a lot of angry emails "Why aren't the babies in jackets in November in Denver???", I would like to point out that there have been several days in the upper 60s in Denver this month, believe it or not. We've only had two days of snow in Aurora thus far. Good thing we have our studded snow tires on...

October Pictures

Here are a few pictures of Matthew and Isabella on their daily adventures in Denver. Outdoor pics are at the zoo; indoor pictures are at the mall with our friend Isaac from Panama.

Here are some recent cute pics of Isabella and Matthew. I especially love the one of Isabella and Schumacher. Schumi and Xeyla have officially reached saint status for all the riding, pulling, and hugging they receive on a daily basis. When pushed to the edge, Schumi covers Matthew and Isa with kisses until they come running to us, arms held high, to be rescued. It is a defense tactic I would never have thought of--fight love with love.

We had a great day today at the Children's Museum and the Aquarium. Lots of trick-or-treating and fall activities to be had.

This picture made me giggle when I saw it on Facebook. Look at those eyes!!!

Here are a few pictures from Annette's visit this last weekend. The babies LOVED Annette. They had a great time at the park and eating breakfast together. If you notice, Annette brought a Minnie Mouse doll for Isa and two cars for Matthew. Look who's playing with what in the last picture!
